Cancellation Policy

Policies Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice. The deposit will transfer to the new date, subject to availability. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, a $50 rescheduling fee may apply. Cancellation Policy If you cancel your session, the deposit is non-refundable. Sessions canceled within 48 hours of the shoot may be subject to additional fees. Late Arrival Policy Sessions will begin at the scheduled time. If you are late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to accommodate other bookings. If you are more than 20 minutes late without notice, the session may be canceled, and the deposit forfeited. Weather Policy For outdoor sessions, rescheduling due to inclement weather will be at the photographer’s discretion. Deposits will transfer to the new date. Image Delivery Edited images will be delivered within 2-4 weeks, depending on the session type. Expedited delivery is available for an additional fee. Copyright & Usage Shaq J Photo retains the copyright to all images. Clients receive personal usage rights and may share or print images for personal purposes. Commercial use requires prior approval and may incur additional fees. Additional Policies Travel fees may apply for locations beyond 25 miles from Essex County, NJ. All clients are responsible for securing any necessary permits for their chosen location.
