Cancellation Policy

erms and Services Welcome to Shaq J Photo, also known as Shaq J Media. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We are committed to ensuring your experience with us is exceptional. 1. Customer Satisfaction We have a 100% customer satisfaction policy. If you are unhappy with your session, we will refund your session fee or reschedule at no extra charge. Your satisfaction is our top priority. 2. Session Details Length: The shoot length depends on the session you choose. We offer various packages to suit your needs. Attendance: Parents and friends are welcome, or you can attend solo. We guarantee you’ll have a great time. 3. Payment and Licensing Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at booking to secure your session date. The balance must be paid before the session. No photos will be delivered until full payment is made. License: Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the images for personal or agreed-upon commercial purposes. 4. Ownership and Copyright All photographic materials are the exclusive property of the Photographer, who owns the copyright. Images cannot be altered without permission. 5. Image Delivery and Editing Images are adjusted for exposure, contrast, and sharpness. Additional retouching is available at extra cost. Images are delivered digitally. Shaq J Photo does not release RAW files. 6. Substitution and Liability Substitution: A substitute photographer may be provided in case of illness or conflicts. They will be a competent professional. Liability: The Photographer is not liable for delays or loss due to circumstances beyond their control. Liability is limited to a refund of payments if services cannot be provided. 7. Cancellation and Rescheduling Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a fee. 8. Natural Disasters and File Replacement Shaq J Photo will replace files damaged by natural disasters within 12 months of the session date. 9. Mileage Fees include up to 80 miles round trip. Additional mileage is charged at $0.67 per mile. 10. Privacy Your personal information is used solely for providing services and will not be shared without your consent. 11. Amendments Shaq J Photo may amend these terms and will notify clients of changes before their session. By submitting your deposit, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, please contact us.
